We’re excited to announce the onboarding of Laura Finley as our Director of Marketing. As we have expanded our genetic offerings we created a need to focus on our branding and marketing to the global industry. Finley will be responsible for assessing and developing marketing plans, executing all marketing efforts, and strengthening our brand awareness.
Finley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences Communication with an emphasis in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. Over the past four years, she has excelled in agricultural sales and marketing roles. She is no stranger to the dairy industry, haven grown up showing dairy cattle as well as on 4H and University Judging teams. In 2014 she was the awarded with the High Individual honors at the Intercollegiate Judging Contest at World Dairy Expo, her team placed first as well.
Finley is an active member in her state and national Holstein Association’s, is a judging coach for her local county juniors and a co-chair of the Youth Dairy Classic show held in Iowa. Her industry connections and understanding of registered Holstein genetics makes her a great addition to the GenoSource team.
