An eastern Marathon County family was udderly surprised after discovering a dozen cows had broken into their garage overnight.
The home’s owner tells NewsChannel 7, not only did the cows break a door to get in, they managed to turn on the lights and open the overhead garage door.
The cows are believed to have walked one to two miles from a neighboring farm in Elderon, and passed by an open garage on their way into their closed building.
After a couple hours in the garage, the cows left behind a bit of a mess. But the homeowners say they don’t have a beef with the cows.
No charges are expected to filed.
