Laura Dufford Jackson, Reese’s aunt shares this quick update:

We wanted to let everyone know that the procedure/part change Reese had on August 1st was a success! She has handled that just fine. So many have asked so we wanted y’all to know. We are still focused on moving forward. Reese is feeling lousy today so some extra prayers would be much appreciated. No cause for alarm, but she seems to have an infection that has caused her to feel less than good. It has been a long time since she has been as sick as she is today. We feel confident that her medical staff will get to the root of the infection and have her feeling better soon. But please, we know the power of prayer and would love some extra prayers for Reese and her parents who sit with her as she feels so bad. Reese will have another special day tomorrow if she feels up to it so please watch for pictures soon! Thanks so much for your support and prayers.
