Officials say strong winds cause barn collapse in Huntingdon County

Multiple fire departments have responded to a barn collapse in Huntingdon County Monday morning.

According to officials, a barn on Gummo Road in West Township collapsed around 5:30 a.m. due to strong winds.

A total of 23 animals, including, two dogs and a cat, were inside the barn when it collapsed.

Officials have confirmed that four of the animals have died and the other 19 were rescued.
