Yogurt companies such as Yoplait and Dannon are working at attracting a younger demographic. To do so, they are leveraging the star power of the Muppets and musician Shakira.

Yoplait Go-GURT and the MuppetsThe Muppets hits theatres on March 21 with their new movie, “Muppets Most Wanted,” and many of the lovable Muppet characters will be featured on Yoplait’s Go-GURT yogurt packaging.
Different Muppets from the movie will be featured on the packaging for 8- and 16-count Go-GURT yogurt products, including Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo the Great, Animal, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Rowlf the Dog and Swedish Chef. Learn more here.
Shakira dances her way in new Activia campaign.
Dannon is bringing a new, upbeat face to its Activia brand. The company announced recently musician Shakira as the newest addition to Activia and released a new campaign featuring the Colombia-born superstar’s dance-themed ad, embedded above.
Activia previously used Jamie Lee Curtis in commercial. Earlier this year, the brand kicked off its “Activia Tummies. Happy People.” Campaign, which featured entertainment artist Reba McEntire, the health expert Travis Stork, and athlete Laila Ali.
