Lloyd Lichty passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on Monday August 15, 2022 at Guelph General Hospital. He was in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Bonnie (Berg) Lichty for 50 years. Loved father of Terry and Angela (Brent) and dear grandfather of Mallory and Kyle. Predeceased by his father, Emerson and mother, Magdalena (Martin), and brother Willard. Survived by brother Mervin (Ada) and Clara (Leonard) and sister-in-law, Viola. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.
The family will receive their friends and relatives at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St, Guelph) on Saturday, August 20 from 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held at the same location on Sunday, August 21 at 2:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Lloyd to All Saints Lutheran Anglican Church, the Alzheimer’s Society, or a charity of your choice.
