A major fire raged on Tuesday afternoon at ferme Rayon D’or. According to our information, the farm had about 100 animals and the fire department confirms that none survived.
The farm is located on the Upper Town rank. About thirty firefighters went to the scene and managed to control the fire to prevent spreading to the house, which is a few meters away.
A thick black smoke emanated from the main building. The director of the Saint-Pascal Fire Department, Éric Lévesque was already able to establish at 16:00 that the building was a total loss, but could not speculate on the cause. The police officers of the Sûreté du Québec ensure that there are no injuries.
