Celebrating actual spring weather and a tremendous line-up of cattle, the Celebration III Sale kicked off this morning in Marshfield, Wis. Hosted by Duckett Holsteins and assisted by MD-Hillbrook, the sale featured head-turning cows and heifers with an average of $8,064. The first lots to cross the ring had strong ties to famous 2009 & 2010 Supreme Champion of World Dairy Expo, Harvue Roy Frosty. First to cross the sale block was Frosty’s clone, Lot 2 Harvue Roy Frosty 4-ETN who has a max score at 3-10 of EX-92. The big-leaguer was the 3rd 4-year-old at the Midwest Spring National Show and took a bid of $22,000.
