Vermont Brown Swiss Claims Grand Champion at 2014 Premier National Junior Show

Maple Sugar Martha, the 5 Year Old class winner and Senior Champion exhibited by Chelsea Young, Tinmouth, Vt., was named Brown Swiss Grand Champion at the Premier National Junior Show during the All-American Dairy Show on Monday, Sept. 15 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show and Complex in Harrisburg.

Reserve Grand Champion was awarded to Intermediate Champion WSC Wonderment Christy, shown by Madison Weaver, Ephrata, Lancaster County. Reserve Intermediate Champion was awarded to Buckeye Knoll Driver Emy exhibited by Sarah Rhoades of Greenville, Ohio.

Young’s Forest Lawn Gateway Vine placed first in the 6 Year Old & Older class and was Reserve Senior Champion.

The Junior Champion heifer, Cutting Edge T Delilah, was exhibited by Mikayla Fulper, of Ancramdale, N.Y. Emily Mikel from Ancramdale, N.Y., exhibited the Reserve Junior Champion, Cutting Edge T Dixie.
