The first European TAG by ST distributors’ conference was held early May in the Italian Bergamo area. For the occasion TAG Europe by ST, represented by its sales director Oscar Rots, welcomed distributors from over 14 EU countries.
Mr. Juan Moreno, Sexing Technologies (ST) co-CEO led the presentations. The TAG by ST’s directors, Patrice Simard and Natalia Rodrigues, joined him. Mr. Moreno presented to the distributor group with the goals and objectives of the recent acquisition of the young company TAG by ST. He expressed his confidence and support towards the TAG distributors in Europe and reaffirmed their roles on the fast pace growth established by the now affiliate from ST.
Mr. Moreno used the occasion to present the exciting developments concerning sexed semen. He thoroughly described the changes that led to the development of the current SexedULTRA™ product. It is obvious that this product means a significant step forward for sex-sorted semen and offer great opportunities for dairy farmers around the world. Several field tests held with SexedULTRA™ semen have shown Non-Return-Rates (NRR) over 90% when compared to the NRR of conventional semen.

The TAG by ST network in Europe will be able to offer these advantageous products to the European dairy farmers in the near future and at the same time will benefit from a stronger sire line-up.
