It was a cold and windy day but that did not stop a good size crowd to attend the Valmar Dispersal in Brantford, Ont. The sale averaged $2452 (unofficial) on 83 head.
Topping the dispersal at $7250 was Valmar Heztry Lana (Ex-91), a 5-year-old red “Heztry” daughter who was purchased by Allarway Holsteins, Brantford, Ont. All-Ontario Red & White Senior Cow in 2017, Lana was projected to 11,543 kg milk, 356 kg fat, 355 kg protein (237-198-229) in her current lactation.
