In 2012, Candy Apple was named Unanimous All-American R&W 4-Year-Old after being named Honorable Mention Senior Champion at the International R&W Show at World Dairy Expo.

Candy Apple is one of four EX-94 daughters of Apple.

From the FDB Holsteins’ Facebook page: “She was one of a kind, a cow that had an influence on all that saw her. She is the reason we love this business! We will miss the excitement, joy and thrill that she gave us when she would glide on the tanbark. She was bred to be a champion and she was a champion in every way. You will be sadly missed although we feel that this just the start to the Candy Apple story. Her potential will be shown with her daughters and the next generation. We truly feel blessed to have owned and worked with such a champion!”
