Highest NM$ Calf ever sold tops 2017 National Convention Sale

MS DG-TM Modesy Breeze, believed to be the highest NM$ calf (+1010NM$) ever sold topped the 2017 National Convention Sale at  $106,000. Consigned by Diamond Genetics, Drakker, VanderVlis & Meruro she was purchased by Sexing Genetics.  From the Great Rainyridge Tony Beauty, 2 times Supreme Champion at World Dairy Expo, cow family, her dam is a Delta who is due in August and looks very promising, 2nd dam is Calbrett Supersire Barb who sold for $265,000 back in the Cormdale sale back in 2013 followed by a VG Super and then Rainyridge Talent Barbara the HHM All-American Aged Cow in 2011.  

2nd highest seller was AOT Modesty Harlem, a January Modesty daughter from the Snow-N Denises Dellia cow family.  She has a +2870 gTPI and +960NM$.  She was consigned by AOT Genetics, Tom Kugler and David King and was purchased by Windstar Genetics & Genosource for $102,000.

The top two live lots where Apple-PTS Analynn a June Kenosha 2515 daughter from the great KHW REgiment Apple-REd EX-96.  She sold for $7,700 to Parreira and was consigned by Apple Partners.  The 2nd highest live lot was Ludwigs DG Elivra.  A extremly fancy Doorman daughter from Ludwigs-DG Goldwyn Ember EX-94, the Res Jr CHampion at NAILE in 2010.  She was consigned by Dustin Espindula and was purchased by L&L Pires for $7,100.
