6ft 4in Tall Steer Challenging to Become World’s Tallest Cow

Daniel, a Holstein steer, is challenging to become recognized as the Worlds tallest with Guinness Book of World Records, weighing a whopping 2,300lb and measuring in at 6ft 4in tall at the withers.

He lives at Lost Coast Hay Farm in Eureka, California and eats four times that of a normal bovine. His owners say that every day he eats 100lb of hay, 15lb of grain, drinks 100 gallons of water and even produces 150lb of manure. Daniel’s owners first realized he was going to be pretty big when he was only a few months old. Now that he’s full grown, he’s about the average height of an NFL player but weighs about ten times as much.
